Fresh Vibes Monday
Today’s Fresh Vibes Monday features Zimbabwean Madiz and Nox. This song is called Anondispaka Mama and it was produced by Daddy Ish. It is a song that falls within the genre of Urban Grooves which is a genre of music in Zimbabwe that borrows quite heavily from other genres of music while keeping its roots in either a Zimbabwean language, culture or sound. In this song, Madiz and Nox mix in Rhumba sounds from Central Africa and Zouk sounds. This is obviously a love song since he does mention loving a girl/mami but this is a song that really gets you dancing. A great song to get your Monday going....:-)
