My goodness

Outside the world of radio, in my other life - I am having to struggle with ensuring that I motivate people particularly when I know why they aren't motivated. There is so much I could write but I have decided not to because I want to process everything. I know their reality, but how do I say hang on, do it. How do I draw a balance between different needs with their respective shareholders? I know I am not making much sense now.....
